He's not a career politician — he's your neighbor, a community member who has spent his life connected to the land, the people, and the values that make Wyoming the greatest state in the union.
From agriculture and the energy sector to small business and working families, Shane understands the challenges facing District 13. He believes government should serve the people — not the other way around — and that Laramie deserves a representative who will fight for lower taxes, individual liberty, and local control.
Shane is committed to self-reliance, hard work, and the Wyoming way of life. He's a proud supporter of U.S. Term Limits, because he believes in citizen legislators who go to Cheyenne to serve — then come home.

Where Shane Stands
Wyoming families shouldn't be taxed out of their own homes. Shane will fight to make property tax relief permanent — building on the 4% cap bill (HB45) and homeowner exemption efforts — so that Albany County families, not bureaucrats, control their financial futures. No one should lose their home because government can't stop spending.
Shane is a firm Second Amendment defender who believes every Wyomingite has the God-given right to keep and bear arms without government interference. He'll oppose any measure that erodes individual liberties and will stand against federal overreach into Wyoming's sovereign affairs — because our freedoms are not negotiable.
Agriculture and energy are the backbone of Albany County's prosperity. Shane will champion policies that keep government out of the way of ranchers, farmers, and energy workers — supporting a strong local economy, good-paying jobs, and resisting burdensome state and federal mandates that threaten Wyoming's way of life.
